Hey everyone!
So I’m clearly on a recipe kick this week! What can I say… I love to cook (and eat!).
Today I wanted to keep on the “game day food” theme. I want to show you a recipe that I am obsessing over, especially when used in conjunction with Delimex Taquitos and Tamales!. It’s the best queso blanco dip that I’ve made in a long time, and I can’t wait for you to try it too! When I first tried queso blanco dip, I was obsessed. The flavor is amazing, and it doesn’t feel as heavy and artificial as normal cheese dips. This queso blanco dip recipe is extremely easy to make (it literally took me 10 minutes), so it’s perfect for any occasion. I love making this dip for game day parties, fun date nights, and any day of the week where I need to whip up something fast and delicious. It’s also a recipe that everyone will love, so you are bound to win even the pickiest eaters over! Check out how I make this easy queso blanco dip below, and make sure you check out my other recipes as well!

 10 Minute Queso Blanco Dip
This easy 10 minute queso blano dip is perfect for any night of the week for busy moms, students, or anyone that needs a quick meal.

Ingredients:
Delimex Taquitos, tacos, or tamales
6 oz regular cream cheese (cut into cubes)
12 oz white american cheese, or Mexican dipping cheese (cut into blocks)
1 TBS salted butter
1 4oz can green chilies
1 jalapeno (chopped)
3-4 TBS of milk
2-3 TBS of water
cilantro (optional)
salt to taste
This easy 10 minute queso blano dip is perfect for any night of the week for busy moms, students, or anyone that needs a quick meal.
Directions:
In a medium sized sauce pan (or crockpot) combine the cubed white cheese, cream cheese, butter, green chilies and jalapeno. Have the heat at a medium heat to avoid burning the cheese. Stir the mixture until it’s melted. Add milk and water until you get your desired consistency. Cook for another 10 minutes to assure that all of the ingredients are cooked and combined. When getting ready to serve, have cheese simmering over low heat (or on the warm temperature on a crock pot) and add cilantro and salt to taste. Served best when hot (the cheese will start to solidify when it’s not over heat!).
